What does the EAD interview mean and what is it that they ask in interview

I recently had my EAD interview. It is a mere formality. All they ask for is the passport and the EAD interview notice. After that they will take a photograph of the applicant and he will be given an EAD there and then.
They donot ask anything in particular. So relax.
