Promotion during I-485

I think the best person you can ask this question is whoever working at H.R. H.R. is the one who produces/signs the employment letter not your lawyer. So if H.R. Oks about producing a letter with your old job title, then take the promotion.

I hired an outside lawyer for my case, but he couldn't even draft my employment letter.
