I think the service center should post the processing times in different format. They should provide the range of dates for which they are processing the application for a particular category. For example, they should post :
I-129 for H1B classification EOS 12/5/2002 to 12/25/2002
I-129 for H1B classification COS 12/15/2002 to 1/5/2002
I know people who had receipt date 12/13/2002 (for EOS) and got approved by 5/22/2003 for TSC. But if you look at the processing times report for texas for June 15, 2003, it states that they are processing applications dated 12/5/2002. And people who filed for COS are getting processed sooner than EOS applications. So, it would be better to change the format of the report, i think
