I have heard that the processing time for I-130 should not take more than 6 months?
Is this the case in New York? Does anyone know what is the processing time in New York?
I-130 was submitted to NY Field District Office in November 11, 2001. I have received the yellow receipt. However, up to this date, I have not received any update from the INS.
