I am ready to file my 140/485/EAD/AP. I saw the processing dates in NSC . Why is it that the EAD/AP dates are taking 4 months .Is there a relief like interim EAD and travel parole ?I have a vacation planned for Nov 1st week and was thinking of travelling on parole. Any body got approval of EAD/AP in less time in NSC.Any inputs.

No Interim EAD/ Tough for Emergency AP

Well then this sucks. Does it really take 4 months to process or its just a date NSC publish to avoid calls to expediate.Are there people who receive EAD and AP in 2 months.Any inputs.That is the situation now. That is why we all are forced to apply in advance.

WHy is NSC the slowest compared to all service centers.can i change the service center and file where i want to.i submitted mine April and got the approvals this month..so expect 3 months approval lead time...
no RFEs or LUDs on both EAD and AP.
