Could somebody tell me how long I must wait to recieve I-797 Notice of Action from USCIS?
What is the proccessing time for ETA 750 and I-129?

There is no ETA 750 anymore. It's now PERM which has differnet ETA number. I don't know why you are mixing I129 non-immigrant visa application and labor certificate for GC.
if you are asking for processing time of LCA(not Labor certificate) and I129, namely H1 application... it's a few months usually.
