problem with experience!

Hello all,

When I filed for LC I had missed to include one company ( I was with this company only for 3 months) in the previous experiences section on the LC form. My LC has been approved.

And after that I had filed I-140 and here I had submitted all my previous experience letters along with the company I has missed while applying LC.

Now I am very much tensed thinking that it would effect my 140. Please suggest.

Dont bother much. It should be fine. LC is approved by DOL and I140 goes to USCIS, two different departments. As long as your documents supplement the experience requirement in your job profile, you should be fine. Worst case, they'd issue an RFE, which you (and your lawyer) can then think about how to reply to.

So just relax!
