previous employer closed company employment letter on plain paper

Hi,
My previous employer gave Employment verification on plain paper with all the required details.
Since the company is closed. he mentioned the same in the letter.
Is this accaptable USCIS for I140?
Is anybody in the same situation. Did you get any approvals with this kind of evidence
