Prevailing Wage

Hi All,
Is anyone know that how to calculate the prevailing wage, I check the wage file, I can find the three wage, one is the "Meanwage", second is "Lvl1wg" the third is "Lvl2wg", I don\'t know which is prevailing wage ?

The another thing is I want to know if anyone know that I am working in Detroit area as Software Engineer and my payment is only $20/h, is it OK for applying H1B ?

Just go to http://www.ows.doleta.gov/, and you\'ll find the prevailing wage info for your area and your position. Good luck.
