Premium processing got RFE

Does anyone get RFE after filing premium processing for I140?
I have read a lot of cases in this forum got approved in a couple of days after filing premium processing without RFE.
Does PP increase or decrease the chance to get RFE? Does anyone who submitted only one recent tax return of employer(company less than 100 employees) got straight approved without RFE?
Anyone have any experience to share.

I upgraded to premium for EB2 last June 14. RD was on June 20. AD on June 22. I was told by others that it was risky. Nonetheless, I took the chance for the simple reason of getting some peace of mind. My filing date was Nov 2006.
