quick question : When one has a PR application pending at Buffalo, is
it a good idea to add paperwork (that might not have been sent
earlier,at the time of applying, for whatever reason) ? OR is it
generally better to avoid faxing/fedexing documents while the file
still awaits assessment and send them only when asked for ?
