I am planning to go for my PR landing via Buffalo. I am currently on two concurrent h1bs, both of them are pending. My last H1b from previous employer is good untill 2007. Can I use that h1b approval notice to re-enter US even though I no longer work for that employer?
Also I have lost the bottom half of the approval notice but I do have original top and copies of bottom part. Would a copy/original top be ok to re-enter US?
