I am hoping to file I-140 next week or so based on an approved labor with PD of 2004. Any idea if it is possible to tie my Sch A 2006 PD with this older one?
Also, the friendly officer at TSC suggested I fax him a letter enquiring if the approved labor with PD 2004 could be used with the approved Schedule A I-140 of 2006. I'll report any progress..has anyone heard if this could be done..that use a PD even without having an approved I-140 based on the olderPD?
