Please vote for your Priority Date.

I have been maintaining the list of all approvals since 2 weeks and it seems that NSC is processing by PD.

For EB3 they are processing with PD <= Jun-2003. For EB2 they are processing with PD <= Dec-2003.

This poll will help people to see where they are .....I tried earlier poll, but the options were not very clear.

I 485 PD means nothing more than ability to file I 485

Labor victim,

I think NSC and other service centers are processing based on RD not PD. There a few of us whose labor was stuck in Backlog centers and hence we couldn't apply until later in 2006.
PD is just a date that is useful when there is a cut off date on the visa bulletin for a specific category.
so don't loose hope, I'm sure your approval is round the corner, certainly it will come long before mine.

I don't think they are approving based on PD.
If they are approving based on PD,would have got my approval long back.
Yesterday NSC rep told me that my case is waiting for officer review.
I don't know when will get approval.

I think you will see more "pending" results, than approved,
because the "approved" pepole would have already left the forum.

Someone earlier noted, that NSC has created pool of cases which are ready to be approved. On this pool, they are going by PD.

The cases which are pending older than 2002, must have something which is missing. Probably name-check, finger-print, or something new which NSC found out.

My understanding is that by now NSC must have cleared out all PDs earlier than 2002 (1999,2000,2001). And now they are working on PD in 2002 and 2003.

If your PD is less than 2002 (1999,2000,2001), you shall contact congressman/senetor and ask for inquiry.
 
There were a lot of RFEs in May for Employment Letter etc... -- May be most of the older cases are the ones which got RFEs. My case is one of those.

I am not sure what will happen now -- with the new wave of applications.
 
You might be partially right laborvictim.Yesterday NSC rep told me that my case is waiting for officer review.I clearly asked whether my security checks got cleared or not.They said case will not be assigned to officer if it has any issues.I just saw lud on my case.Let see

if NSC is satisfied with RFE response, you will get approval. NSC needs to clear up 1999.2000.2001 cases (before processing 2002, 2003...) to avoid any immigration lawsuit.
