My lawyer filed LC (MS + 0 yrs exp .in spite of having 1.6months.)

LC got approved. When, I asked her category EB2/ EB3.
She says we won’t be able to know that right now.

Now, she filed my I140. Still she is not confirming about category.
When usually they will know about category? Except my LC date I don’t know any thing

What all other details I can find out from her?

it is EB2. Even though you have 1-5 months, attorney preferred to file Masters plus 0 years experience requirements
