Plse recommend attorney in Dallas

can someone plse recommend a good attorney in Dallas? my family based 485 was denied becuase USCIS did not receive tax returns I sent them. I sent thru reqular post (BIG MISTAKE) without receipt notification servise. I cannot appeal denial but I have 30 days from Dec 22, 2003 to file motion to reopen MTR?

i have all copies of what I sent USCIS.

I am not represented curently (maybe another mistake), but I want to use attorney for MTR. I just want the whole thing to end. I have done interviews and everything. at interview i was asked to provide latest tax returns (hence the nightmare begins). If USCIS was faster in processing, they wouldl have had 2001 returns which were latest ones when i filed in 2002.

Also, could someone tell me if they have ever filed a similar "Motion to Reopen" themselves, or would they only highly recommend an attorney?
