I have an EAD from 2008 (approved 140-in 2007 oct) from employer A.
I joined Emp B for porting from EB3 to EB2.
I have some misunderstandings with B as he is not in good terms with me.

Presently I have my Labor in process for EB2(not yet approved).

If labor gets approved and I 140 gets approved
my 485 will be ported.

WHat is the worst this B can do?

1) if I 140 for EB2 removed, then 140 for EB3 willbe valid?

2) If 485 after 140 porting can be spoiled by employer?? Worst case what B can do..Removing the I 140(EB2?)
In such event will my 485 and 140-EB3 will be still valid with a new EVL from another employer?
