If the same user vote multiple times then counter will not show the correct result . Is there any check for user id ?
 
An userid can vote only once .. I found the % of RD by months very

interesting. Looks like there are more applications in june/july/august when PD\'s became current for all categories. So it would take some time for VSC to progress to Sept\'01 cases assuming the poll to be representative enough. What do you guys say? This poll provides data for those who would want to extrapolate and arrive at a rough estimation for the approval date of their 485. All the best!!
