Could u guys predict about this case approval of I-485. His labor was filed in EB-2 and got approved. He then concurrently filed under EB-2 category(NO RETROGRESSION) both I-140 and I-485 in VERMONT service center in December-2004.
His I-140 got approved already and finger printing is done and online message for I-485 says the results of finger printing were arrived and processing on I-485 has been resumed....blaw..blaw..blaw. When do you think this I-485 is gonna be approved in Vermont center. He is not expecting any RFE. I know the current processing times of I-485 in the vermont center but curious about the reality and want to know info from actual applicants who are closely following it up. Thanks in advance.
