FP Done for self and spouse : 12/19/2002
EAD for self & Spouse: 12/20/2002
AP for self: 12/24/2002

AP RFE for Spouse: Still haven't got the letter yet.

Does anyone have similar issue.

EAD approved

Folks,
MY EAD get approved, however message is saying that "After approving your application we have ordered you a need card, it takes 60-75 days"

What does that mean? I have to wait another 60-75 days for the card?? I am little confused, please reply.

MY AP is still pending.

My RD, ND see above message.

No. It means they ordered your card. and check the message after 2 days. It will change and the message will say ' We mailed you your card ...' , Don't worry you will get your card max withing 2 weeks.
 
2nd EAD Extension

NSC RD -12/23/2002. My Current EAD expires on March 13 2003. Hoping to get it soon
 
EAD and AP RD 11/5 and ND 11/26

Concurrent filing on Nov 5th RD 11/5 and ND 11/26.
FP notice recd . FP due on 1/14.

No sign of 140 approval EAD and AP.

I did see one posting with rd 11/01 and nd 11/05 approval for 140 on 12/18 and ead on 12/19.

But after that there seems to be no activity on the approval front. may be it is the holidays and hope things start happening this coming week.

AD: 01/17/03

So many approvals for you NSC people.. Here in CSC people have been waiting over 4 MONTHS!

Anyway congratulations!

Our I-140 was approved around Thanksgiving. Then we sent the 485/AP/EAD application.

My I-485 ND is 10/01/2002.
I didn't summited I-140 for my 1st EAD application 2 weeks back.
I worry about getting a RFE..

Any body got EAD without submit I-140 copy?
