EAD and AP approval

ND for both Sept 3 at NSC
EAD approved Oct 3 and recieved Oct 10
AP approved Oct 17, still waiting for mail
 
Hi to all the survivors of this stranded ship.

According to my Lawyer, she fill my 485/765/131 on Oct 16, 2002.

Till date no hear / no see. When I called her after 15 days, she said " arey abhee to jamaa karaayaa hai, aap ko itnee jaldee kai ko hai "

Applied for EAD /AP renewal around Sept 5

Received EAD renewal on Oct 17 in mail.... still awaiting a word on AP...

I have'nt received any receipt notices for either my EAD or AP application... is anybody else in the same boat...
 
I don't know man! I sent my EAD with 485 application on sept 9th with RD of sep 10th and ND of sept 20th.. still waiting for my EAD

yesterday my lawyer sent me my AP approval papers. It was approved on Oct 10.
 
EAD approved

My and my wife's EAD applications were approved on Nov. 5th.
RD- sept 10, ND sept 20th. Interesting thing is that I talked to an IIO on Nov. 4th and she said that they were still processing Aug. applications and it will take some time before they can get to mine. Another interesting thing is that the status changed directly to ... this case is approved. An approval notice was sent on Nov. 5th.. blah blah.... whereas for some people it first changed to .. "we ordered you a new card.. processing normally takes. blah blah.."
Anyways.. I am glad that they have approved our EAD applications!

What was the time indicated in the Receipt Notice?

I just received my ND: 10/28/2002 and time indicated for AP approval is between 140-170 days!!!

immigration.com mentioned I-131 for Advance Parole in NSC is 9/17/2002 as of 11/01/2002.

To all:
Any good believing the time indicated in the AP receipt?

Though the notice says 140-170 days, on an average
NSC takes only 40 days for EAD/AP processing.

No EAD , so far, after 140 approval

My RD is 9/13 for EAD/485/140/AP. My 140 was approved on Oct 30 (EB2/RIR). I have seen people ,with 140 approvals around that date, getting EADs in a week. It is almost three weeks since my 140 approval, no EAD so far.

I called NSC today, and they said that EAD with take another 3-4 weeks. This is frustrating. Do you think I may get an RFE for EAD?

Or has NSC slowed down on EADs?Anyone in same boat?
 
Rajah101, I applied for EAD/AP with I-140 approval notice and the notice date is 10/11 -- it's five weeks and i'm still waiting for approval. I'm EB2/RIR too! :mad:
