Hi All,

Please let me know if any one used their 3 yrs degree & experience as equivalent to US BS and got I-140 approved.

My attorney filed LC (ETA-750) and specified BS or experience equivalent.

Possible... BS with experience.... is good enough to get I 140...
I got this in 2001 from VSC.

Possible, yes, BUT . . .

you need to look at the wording very carefully. The language that you used was better than some but is not 100% clear as to what will be accepted. It may go right through or BCIS may give you a very difficult time.
