Please Help! Where to File EAD

I am applying for EAD by myself. I filled the application form and now i have a question where to send that filled application. I live in sunnyvale. Also, i have couple of questions.
1) Where can I find A#.
2) I enclosed the following documents, are they enough?
   --copy of 485 reciept
   --Signature card
   --Filled I-767 application
   --2 Photos
   --Copy of I-94
   --$100 check

thanks pavel, but it says file wherever your 485 is filed. It is filed with CSC, but I don\'t know the address. Lawyer filed it, and i don\'t want to ask them. I am wondering if i can file the application to San jose ins sub office.
could you please clarify where can i find A# in my 485 receipt?
 
i just sent today my i-765

address is US INS CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER
                 PO.BOX.10765
                 LAGUNA NIGUEL,CA 92607-0765.

 IF you sent your 485 to CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER,you must sent i-765 to address above.
alien number you may found in space with your name in receipt i-485.
if you do not have A# you may use i-94 number FOR I-765.

I think that there may be different po boxes for different applications.Just chek the po box before sending the application. If the above pobox is meant for 485,Yr application will be help up and it has to be resolved by cru
