I am a single and working in h1B. Applied for GC on July 2001. My RD is OCT,1, 2001 and FP is Mar,2002, Received EAD on Feb,2002. Due to the spouse visa sponsorship problem in GC, started searching bride for the last one year but now only I have found the alliance. Marriage is fixed on November,2002. Now I am totally in dilemma to go and get married and totally confused. Because my GC can be approved at any time and can't able to bring her. My questions is,
1. Is there a way to delay the process just for three months?
2. If not, what is the way to bring my spouse suppose if GC comes.
3. Is there a way, to do the consular processing for her at India to include in my GC, and how long will it take?
If any other better ways are there, please help me Gurus!!!!.
