Please help!!! GC approved while traveling outside US with valid AP

Hi, all,

Our GCs have been approved on 9/26/2006. But my husband is currently on a short term business assignement overseas. He has valid AP, but can he return to the US without any problem in the first week of Dec 2006 using the valid AP? Don't want to mail him the GC because I am afraid of getting that lost in mail.

------------Yes he can enter with valid AP
Don't want to mail him the GC because I am afraid of getting that lost in mail.
------------make the copy of his cad keep at home and send the card to him through Fedex

I would suggest not send it. He can enter US with Advance Parole. If they find case is approved officer will defer the inspection. You may have go to Local office. That is the standard Procedure they use to follow before stopping the passport stamping
