My H1 is in process and I have just recieved my canadian apporoval and they have asked me to send my passport. Is there anyway I can delay the process so I don't have to goto canada right away? I did my medical in March 2004 so it will be one year next month. I've heard that after one year the medical expires and you have one year to retake it. I don't want to jepordize my work incase I get stuck in canada.
