I filed 485 and 140 concurrently last July, EB2 (RIR labor certificate).
My title is Software Developer, the wage in the labor was 100k.
However my current wage is 80k...
Everything is pending now. The company is a consulting company, with 300+ employees. Of course, the employer says 100k will be paid when 485 approval
(otherwise I have no way to file 140/485).
Is my case safe? Many thx!
