Plastic card after Biometrics(After approval) and without changed message.

Did anybody receive plastic card without changed message on BCIS website? If so did your LUD change around the time when you received the card.

So far I have seen one person (kalki_gc) received or atleast have the message saying card has been mailed after giving biometrics(code 2) after approval.

I-485 approved 04-26-2005
PP stamped 05-06-2005, LUD changed 06/09/2005
Biometrics done 06-17-2005, LUD changed 06/20/2005
Message still says about I-485 approval only.

Anybody in the same boat?

Same here--called USCIS -- was told that the procedure is to send a welcome notice and then the card

Yep. Same here. I went for biometrics on 06/29 and no message change. The LUD(Last Update Date) changed to 06/30 though. You can see the LUD if you create an customer account. The same happened to my wife. She had the biometrics on 06/28 and her LUD was updated to 06/29.

No card yet!!!!

I got my approval on May 18th and Bio on June 22. My LUD hasn't changed since and I haven't received the card yet.

My wife is still waiting for the miracle. I applied for her EAD on 27th , hoping it might trigger her GC approval as happened in my case. We got her Bio done on 29th. Her EAD LUD kept changing from 28th until 30th but her GC is not approved yet. Her EAD is also not yet aproved (it will take a while). I guess my wife's I485 RD is 02/2005, so that could be one of the reason.

Don't know whats goin on. I hope my wife also gets her approval soon.
