Mine was filed in June 2001 Phi SESA, I have not heard anything at all. My employer told me EB2 might get approved quicker than a EB3, is it true?
 
labor porcessing time

i have applied my labor thru Philadelphia in RIR

now if i call 2158615250 for processing times , it suggests that they r currently processing cases received in Mar 2003 !!!!!

is it true ? how can it be so fast , becoz its almost current.

does any one has any idea about it.
 
CURRENT SESA APPROVAL DATE?

Hi! I am a NEW member to this forum. I have applied for my labor in January 2002. Received date is 31st jan, 2002. I am not sure what is the current date they are reviewing. Could someone please help me with this? Thanks in advance.
 
No cases got approved by SESA since 4/30/03? If it did, then update the tracker sheet in Philly DOL forum...

last i heard was Oct 10 2001 moved to DOL.

I called Philly SESA that guy told me . Please check on the Website. He will not give specific date.

Filed in Philly SESA sometime Late December 2001.

Could you please explain me what do you mean by "at last we moved to may2002"?

Have any of the cases of May2002 been processed yet?
