Hi everyone,
In form I-864, there is a field for unemployment date. My grandma (petitioner) is too old to remember her date of unemployment and told me that it was already years or even a decade ago. I'm not sure what to put on this part. She is also not filing tax as she has no other source of income (only social security is her income). This is the last field left before I can submit her I-864 to NVC.
We have a joint sponsor to cater for the amount on the poverty guidelines, do we need to ask for the amount on their 3 recent years or only the recent year amount will suffice?
