Please help me to advise the following,
I got my I-140 approved and going through the I-485 process. I am going to send the following application to Nebraska service center,
I-485- 3 applications(myself, my wife & daughter)
I-765- 2 application(myself and 5years old daughter). My wife already applied for I-765 and waiting for approval form INS.
G-325A- myself and my wife
I-134- Affidavit of support for my wife and daughter
I reviewed INS site and they had given different zip code for I-485 & I-765 application. Do I need to send to different location or send all forms to one location where we file I-485?
My L1A visa is valid till Dec 2003 so I am not applying for Advance parole. Will this be a problem?
