PERM - Waiting more than six months

Hi,
My employer has filed for my labor along with few other co-employees under PERM in OCT 2005 from Atlanta center.
No one of us has received any approval or denial till today. Every time HR checks status on the DOL website it says application in-process. Is there anyway I can get information regarding the delay? Is there anything our attorney can do for us? Any ideas?

I don't think you can do much except waiting. Ask your Attorney to mention it to AILA. Though recently(in early Feb'06) AILA asked DOL to do something on such cases which are pending for long time (more than 90 days). DOL promised to respond on such cases.
