Perm wages vs h1b wages

Hi,

I have one question regarding PERM wages and H1B wages

My present salary as per my LCA of H1B and now My PERM and I-140 approved.

1) Do my employer has to pay PERM wages ?
2) Is there any difference between PERM prevailing wages and H1B prevailing wages ?

Can you please reply me ASAP.

Hello,

Prevailing wages determination depends on the diploma, skills and experience required for the position not if it is related to green card of H1B application.

Employer has to pay you the salary stated on the PERM application as soon as I-485 application petition is approved, I believe.
