Pending I-485 and VISA Interview at INDIA

Hello Friends,

I am leaving for INDIA tomorrow and planned to come back on H1B. I did not apply for a AP. I had to fill the form 156 to schedule a VISA interview and I informed them I have a pending immigrant visa application.

I hope that won't be a problem. I had a self petition filing and I mentioned that. Little nervus too. Advise if you have any.
My I-140-NIW is approved and I-485 pending for 6 months. My travel was unavoidable.

I welcome your advise.

how did you apply under NIW?

Could you please let me know about the requirements of filing under NIW ? Is it faster?
