Any body waiting for EAD and AP approvals with RD end of Jan 2005.

Please post. I am little bit worried what's happening on my EAD and AP.

Check my signature. It took me almost three months to get EAD and another week to get AP so you should expect it anytime now! Good luck!

If you dont get EAD approved in 3 months you can get interim EAD [iEAD] from local office. Check other threads for details on this.

Call 800 # and initiate enquiry for both EAD and AP as your case is too old.

My 485 ND close to you, beginning Feb, My EAD approved prettly soon, beginning of April, while AP was questioned and my attorny just sent back, they asked for copy of my passport.

Hi fast_gc_seeker,

What is 800# number to call VSC. I am not hurry to get iEAD because I want to make a moment in CIS on my file instead.

My FP results received message not updated after two LUDs. I gave FP on 03/18/2005. Shall we call USCIS and find out whether they received or not. I called FBI and lady said they already sent out the results same day

Guys,

Try to contact your senators ... I did it once and after that I got a forwarded USCIS letter to my senator office in which an USCIS officer was assuring him that my application was pulled from the shelf and will be reviewed ... a few days later I got the approval,

Hi Folks,

Mine and my wife's EADs got approved today and message says as "On May 2, 2005, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready".

Thanks to the people who responded on this posting.

My next bet would be to find why the message not updated to FP received for the FP I gave on 03/18/2005. Please suggest.
