Pd 12, 2001 Eb2 -- anybody else with me?

My PD is dec 2001 EB2. And I am Chinese. Are there other Chinese whose case is caught in the retrogression? Or I am the only one screwed? I have been in this country for more than 10 years. I am scared to think I might have to go back.

Any prediction that when my PD will be current again?

he is right....there is nothing much we can do anyway..

but i am 90% sure that things will be good atleast for EB2 from second quarter next year....once they clear the few hundred back log cases they have prior to 2001.

plan things to sustain yourself for 1.5-2 years, i am sure you will get your GC by then.
