the judge provided me alternate sentencing and asked me to take 16 hrs class and end of it no probation. 415 is not considered to be a crime of moral terpitude but i hear conflicting information if i should wait 5 yrs before applying for naturalization. Anyone who was in the boat please advice. Curious to know if anyone had not had to wait for 5 yrs.
