Payment Mode for EAD/AP

Fees Payment Mode for EAD/AP

Hi Friends,
Can we pay the fees for EAD/AP using 'Personal Checks' or it has to be a Certified check/Money Order only ?

Also I was in doubt regarding whose name should the fees needs to be paid.Is it 'Department of HomeLand Security' or 'USCIS' ? Or either is fine.

---either is fine, better write USCIS

Thanks Ginnu !!! I shall pay by Personal checks payable to "US Citizenship and Immigration Services"...
