Last friday, I have stamped my passport. My question is what I have to give to my employer. I have my own lawyer for this GC and my employer is unaware about recent approval. I am also planning to quit my current job soon. should I give the copy of the approval or GC stamping page or just quitely move on my next career?

Move on. Nothing is needed to be handed over to employer.
IF I am not wrong -- after the GC stamp, you will need to fill out a new I-9 with the HR (as the EAD # expires as soon as you get the temp GC stamp).
I haven't gone for my stamping yet, however, I think that is what you will have to do.
