Case put on Hold
Released hold on 6/19/01
APPROVED on JUL. 18TH, according to AVM
Approval notice received 7/23/01 (both original and curtesy)
Passport stamped today (7/25/01)
and was told that i will receive cards in 6 to 12 months

Hi Abu,
Just a question regarding the company name change. Did u have to file an amended I-140 again? Or some other documents were enough? Please clarify as I have just filed i-1485 and my company name has changed (not bought out or merged etc.).

I did not file any I-140 or any other document to INS. They approved after gudie lines release.
