I am kindly requesting some help filling out q29 of part12 n400 form. There is a grid that ask questions about any type of charges/convictions and I just want to make sure to answer this correctly. Am I suppose to just write down the charge code of the conviction or a full explanation in written form of what occured etc?

Hi thanks for you response. Is the code # for the charge suffice. Or description of charge written form.

Anything that explains the charge to a USCIS officer reviewing the n400. You are the best judge, as we are not in the business of telling you how to fill a form.

You have the option to seek the assistance of a lawyer or other resources to have the court documents reviewed for n400 compatibility.

Hi thanks again. I think listing the charge code in the small grid section followed by a written explanation in an extra piece paper along with copies of disposition will be suffice.
