My 6 years of H1-B will expire on Jun 2004. My Company applied for Green Card (LCA) on May 2003 and their lawyer says that they will file for 7th year extension only after May 2004 (after 1 year pending with INS). However, my parents are planning to visit me on April 2004 based on my sponsorship. Will they have trouble getting the visitor visa, since my visa will expire soon after
