I am a Canadian citizen and live in the USA with a good job.
Could I sponsor my parents to Canadian citizenship/immigration? and how long it would take for them to get it. They are in their 70s and live in Pakistan

The answer is NO. The answer is YES (for immigration sponsorship) if you move back to Canada and then sponsor them. (In any case, you cannot sponsor anybody for the cdn citizenship.)
