I came to this forum because I wasn't able to find an answer to my question.
I am coming to US for work for a few days in October on P-1 visa. I want to stay in US for 2 more weeks - can I stay on B1/B2? I am told my P-1 will expire on 27th of October and I want to stay until 13th of November.
I am coming to perform on 18th-22nd of October (I am a musician) and my employer said I need to apply for another P-1 visa for my other employer. However, it only involves rehearsals with them in US and then the whole group travels to Germany (Nov 13th) and I will be payed by Germans. So my second employer is not US employer and all the concerts are happening in Germany and my stay in US between 23rd of Oct to 13th of Nov will be rather recreational. I am not sure if it is necessary info for my question, but I decided to include it.
