One of My friend company filed labour for their employee called X. X has got
master\'s degree.X has got labour and company filed I140 for X and X has got I140 cleared after
that X has left company then this company filed I14o directly for another employee called Y
using X labour certificate. But Y has got bachlors Degree(3yrs) and 10 yrs experience.
My question is if INS denies to file in EB2 category for Y then can we use this labour
to somebody else who are having master\' degree.
