hi, i m so confused.i m on opt ,my company apply for my h1,i got approve email from USCIS,but i didnt receive my offical letter.now my company wants me to find another job in 2 weeks. my question is once i get letter from USCIS, i will on h1 or still on OPT? my second question is between that i need to go india,only if still i am on OPT? how many days you can be unemployment on h1? when will officially i will be on h1? if so, my company can transfer my visa to another company b4 oct1.
