Hi
I am on OPT since June 2008. I have accumulated 60 days of unemployment since my contract ended in march. Some other consultant filed for my H1 this april which means my EAD (from OPT) got extended to october but what about 90 day unemployment?
I have good chances of getting a job but what will happen if I get new job after 90 day limit? Also If I do volunteer work how will USCIS know that I am doing volunteer work?
