Opening LLC for investment property

Hi All,

I am on TN and was planning to buy a investment property and put it on rent with a friend who is a GC holder. Would opening up/investing in LLC be a red flag on TN? The purpose of the LLC will be to just collect rent and nothing else.

As long as you are not doing any work on the property you should be fine.
