Can I open an LLC while on an F1 STEM OPT visa and employ myself, and then file for a H1B through that LLC? My friend who is a citizen can take care of the operations. This would be a IT services firm in long term we want o hire more such employees and run their pay roll. Thank you, looking forward to hearing from you.
