Online status not showing FP received

My receipt date is Oct 2002. My FP was on Jan 2003. The online statusdoes not mention about FB having received. Should I call the 1-800 number and ask? Should I request for another FP?

Hi,

I guess you can call a 1 800 number in washington D.C, but they can tell you......whether they have received the finger print results from FBI or not ? The result will not be disclosed to you.

My RD is May2002, did FP in Aug 2002, results were updated only in Mar 2004

i got mine FP done in Feb 03; my message never changed from the original message.

most people have same experience. its normal

Thanks for the information. I am wondering if I should and try to schedule a FP appointment? Do you think calling a senator helps?
